Project lead for the creation of the Datawarehouse, managing commercial information for 80,000+ clients (Magasalud S.A. and Consalud S.A.). Market research: supply analysis, competitor pricing, cost-benefit, pricing, contract development, service-operations planning, process flows, sales and after-sales training, metrics design, enterprise reporting, data quality, customer analytics, and new-product innovation.
